Money In Account, PayPal Refuses To Authorize Transaction

Complaint:

First of all PayPal needs to implement a policy to release customers funds on the customers request. I will never use PayPal again. I had more than enough funds in my account to cover my purchase. I could not believe the nerve of these people to refuse my attempts to pay a bill with my money. They need to implement a policy to verify that the customer is authorizing the transaction. After that confirmation is made then that should release them (PayPal) of any liability, should the transaction become problematic. It caused me a great deal of distress and inconvenience, to try and find an alternate method to complete this transaction. I will never use PayPal again. It is flawed and needs an enormous amount of revision.
