PayPal Refuses To Investigate Dispute
Paypal sent me an email stating that they had closed my dispute. The dispute I submitted with PayPal was with an ebay seller who apparently never sent the item I purchased from them. The seller also refused to respond when I inquired about the whereabouts of what I had bought.
However, because I had also complained through ebay’s resolution center, I was told that PayPal was no longer obliged to offer me buyer protection. Because of this PayPal closed my dispute against the buyer who never sent the item i bid on.
So when I next contacted ebay resolution, they advised me to escalate the claim through PayPal, who had already closed my dispute altogether!
This is aiding and abetting criminal activity! PayPal is as low as the thieves they protect for their commision.
