PayPal Refunds Buyer Without Seller Consent

Complaint:

PayPal refunded a buyer $50.00 without my consent on an item sold on ebay. The buyer e-mailed me prior to filing a claim with PayPal and received the item but decided she was unhappy, the item for bid clearly stated no returns or refunds. Photo was clearly shown of the item. PayPal refunded the buyer without notifying me. I sent an e-mail to the buyer, stating that there was nothing wrong with the item and that no refunds or returns were on this item. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general against PayPal. I will never use PayPal and will discourage anyone I know to use them EVER!
