Paypal refund

i have bought a couple of inferior software online , not been happy with them so i have ask for a refund , these were with clickbank no problem with clickbank they gave refund straight away , but the problem was getting my money back from paypal even having supplied email showing clickbank had giving me refund i still lost the money , so for this reason i have closed all dealings with paypal and ebay because even ebay are at fault , sent a article back to a guy in america , and he received the article back , but decided that he wasnt going to pay me back tried getting money back through ebay no joy there lost money again so i have closed account with ebay, these are two online companies who sole interest is making has much money as they can and disregarding any customer complaints
