PayPal Prevents Credit Card Removal From Account

Complaint:

After reporting an unauthorized charge to my paypal account, Paypay “opened an investigation” which led them to conclude the charge was not fraudulent. So in other words they’re saying I’m lying to get a $60 refund. When I tried to close the account they tried to prevent me from deleting my credit card info. I had call their support center and was put on hold twice before they allowed me to remove my credit card. Bottom line: buyer beware, this company offers little protection for the consumer. Your better off using your credit card directly so you can receive buyer protection.
