Paypal? NoWay pal!

Been conducting business via Paypal for over 8 years. Sales transactions, website fees, purchases, and I have promoted Paypal actively during that time. Positive reviews and comments and so on. During that time I had no problems. I maintained a “no questions asked, refund policy” and never had a problem. Suddenly Paypal began withholding MY and MY CUSTOMERS’ money. This ended up keeping me from being able to ship certain items because Paypal was holding the money the customer had paid to have it shipped, and I, having recently been through an accident which cost a leg and severe brain damage was financially strapped. So I ended up having to refund the money for the purchases, which Paypal found possible to do, although they couldn’t find the ability to do what they are paid to do, transfer the money from the buyer to me. Their customer “service” department was condescending and absolutely unhelpful.

IS anyone interested in a class action suit against pay pal for holding shipping fees?Ok SO perhaps it is not illegal for Pay Pal to HOLD funds owed us-but isn’t it illegal to HOLD SHIPPING FEES? Especially since they will take their fees regardless of when -they get around...
