Paypal moneylaundering in my name and SSN

I need to contact a legal firm or get some current cases against Paypal for authorizing and laundering money in a bogus account set up in my name and SSN. Paypal stuck me with a $116,000.00 1099k form which could have huge tax ramifications for financial activity run thru their operations which I have no affiliation with.. Please any open cases again paypal for money laundering with stolen id or law firms pursuing them would be appreciated…thanks
