Paypal Lost my Visa Account

A couple weeks ago I called PayPal for some info on my account. The girl (somewhere in the Phillipines) suggested I combine my two paypal accounts for simplicity, so I did. In the process, my PayPal visa account dissapeared. Gone! Black Hole city! Probably popped up in a parallel universe somewhere.

When I called back after dancing through all the menues that sometimes went nowhere, causing me to start over, I was told my Visa card was cancelled and all I had to do is apply for a new one. I didn’t want another account and hit to my credit account so I declined and said I just want it back. She said “Okay, there’s another way to do this; please hold” ten minutes later she came back on the phone (with about two thirds the signal qiality) and transfered me to someone else. I had to dance through another bunch of menues reached another person who asked all the same questions and of course apologized profusely, and said she would have to send me to to another person. Another menu dance and this time the signal was so bad, I had to redial PayPal and start ALL OVER AGAIN with pretty much the same results. Loooong story short; its been three weeks and just short of four hours on the phone, wich included at least one promise to be up and running in 24/48 hrs. (that was last week)
Today, after another 45 minutes, we’re back to “All you can do is alpply for a new account. Meanwhile, to make my payments, now they want me to just send them a check.

I’m think I’m pretty much done with PayPal.
