Paypal limited my account without any reason

Hello,
Paypal limited my account without any reason right after I received one payment. Im trying to contact them, but they always says same empty words. Last email I got from them is this:

“We’ve reviewed your PayPal account and determined there is excessive risk involved in doing business with you. To minimize the disruption to your business, you can continue to log in to your account for the next 180 days.”

They not provide what risk Im making…I uploaded all information they asked (driving licence, prove of address), confirmed credit card. ”

That was paypal customer complaint and it is exactly the same problem of mine except he couldn’t buy at all but I bought using my account in the first day while it was limited from the beginning !! I wonder how did they accept the purchase while I was limited?? after then I can’t buy and I’m still limited till now..

What do they need? more to unlimit me? for me even if they unlimit me I will not use paypal account anymore.. I will close my account immediatley cause I know that they will charge me without any reason then how can I ask for my money? and who will sue paypal??
