Paypal Limited my account because of anothers debt

I recently logged into my Paypal account only to find the “limited” notification. After contacting Paypal they report that someone with the same name was linked to my account with a negative balance. After further investigation I find out that my adult son has had his own paypal account and had a bad transaction 2 years ago resulting in a negative balance on his account. Paypal linked us by last name and address.

I have attempted numerous times to explain to Paypal that the two accounts belong to two separate people. I’ve uploaded all the documents they required to verify this, and my account it still “limited”.  I have been a paypal and ebay member in good standing for at least 10 years….but that may all end shortly.
