PayPal Limited My Account

PayPal keeps putting limits on my account, then taking them off, then putting them back on again, for NO reason. I work very hard and have Excellent ratings on Ebay, with very satisfied customers. I work hard to offer extremely low prices, I actually lose money on shipping, have always shipped on time, and they keep doing this. I have to use my own money to pay for shipping, that my customers have already paid for, even though I get it back, usually within a day, it’s crazy to make me pay for shipping, and I am so tired of it. The money that the customer pays for shipping should be for shipping, not for paypal to sit on. If the buyers on ebay knew all that the sellers knew, a lot would go elsewhere, that’s why Ebay does not allow us to tell customers, like in our descriptions or elsewhere, how things work, and why we need perfect ratings, etc. It is all against the buyers. I have a lot of stuff I was getting ready to list on ebay, and now can’t, because I could not afford to pay for shipping out of my pocket if a lot of stuff sold on one day, so ebay and paypal are losing money as well as I am. There is no common sense there. I am getting ready to call paypal tonight, and tell them that if they do not remove the hold on my money now, that I am going to end all of my auctions, except the one that’s in process, and I am not using them anymore. I am also going to call ebay and let them know why.
