Paypal Just Shut Me Down

hi,
I logged in to pay for an ebay item and found i couldnt.
Message saying I appear to have more than one account and one appears to have engaged in activity that violates user agreement and they’ve restricted both.
I phoned explained, no I have one, expressed concern as to who owns this other account, what going on etc etc
Refuse to give you me info, it could compromise their security, but what about mine im asking.
Will get it reviewed reviewed the nice lady says, she cant see any issues.
Next day, an email, your account is closed. More phoning but after reading online, i see its a frequent occurence .
Over 700 transactions as a private seller , buying and selling, 100% feedback. one or 2 disputes through paypal, nothing recent, i mean the last 3-5 years.
Its shocking you can be treated like this and just cast a sisde with no explanation.
