I run a small business and accept transactions by PayPal. I received an email saying I had passed the €2,500 mark and had to verify my bank account, which i´d already done (but did it again anyway).  I had to prove I lived where I did by way of a bank statement or utility bill (which I did) and send a scan of my passport (which I did). They have completely ignored all of this and keep sending me emails in Spanish (I live in Spain, but do not speak good enough Spanish). The gist of the emails appear to be to get me to call them on a premium rate number, in the meantime my account is frozen, I can´t get at my money and cant send any money for outstanding bills I have, is there anyone who can help me anywhere?
