Paypal is stealing from me

My bank paid PayPal $625.00 on Dec.22 2011, Instant transfer. provided tracing number and ACH report. PayPal says they never received the funds.Pay Pal kept trying to get their money every three days and caused me to have bank charges for insufficient funds, Everything I sell on eBay Pay Pal takes the money. I hate PayPal. They all but told me that they were not paid by my bank and that they would not give me back my bank charges. And my account would be locked until my bank paid them.it is Jan.23,2012. My bank is pressing charges against them for unlawfully trying to get money from my account.I have tried to find a lawyer to sue them but have had no luck.
