Paypal is ruining my name

I have used paypal a lot over the past 2 years and now I am having problems with them keep limiting my account, I have lost over $200 from these idiots. I called them on the phone they ask one question which was what was my SSN when I told them the lady said there you go you are all ready. I paid for my order and the very next day went to purchase something else and it was limited again. And with all these transaction taking 3 or more days to complete because of PAYPAL it is starting to ruin my name
