Paypal is putting Americans out of Work
Just a short message. Called Paypal this evening for information on upgrade and noticed the fellow had an accent. He could not answer my questions and prior to transferring me to Omaha I asked him where he was located. He is in the Philippines. So now we know Paypal is no longer good old Americans putting Americans to work. Instead of upgrading I will cancel my account of several years. Its just a matter of principle.
