Paypal is one big headache

Since a month I’ve begun to get a real headaches with Paypal, very disappointed in this firm. First of all, the feedback service is just unbelieably bad, they respond to your emails way too late or dont at all, by phone unreachable or not helpful at all! and this huge issue when they freeze your money for periods of time! what the hell is that! how dare u Paypal keep my money! Let’s sue them and break them!!!
