Paypal is like a bad rash

I’m simply irritated at PayPal’s increasing assumption that Sellers are the problems. Not only do they continue to increase their fees, they now hold your money for 21 days “just in case the Buyer does not receive their item.” Unfortunately, even if all Sellers did not use PayPal services, the Company still makes money from the Buyers. Then again, what would Buyers buy if there were no Sellers???
