Paypal is in favor of the buyer
I sold an authentic Louis Vuitton keepall 55 which was purchased in Louis Vuitton store at Santa Clara, CA. The buyer made me an offer and paid right after the offer was accepted.
One week later, the buyer filed the claim and escalated to dispute that the bag I sent to him is counterfeit because he and his wife took it to the local store and the person works there said it. I requested a written statement, but never received a reply.
After that, I found the original credit card payment slip and uploaded to Paypal. There was no answer until paypal sent me the final decision that the buyer returned the bag to me and the bag cannot be sold using eBay or Paypal any more.
I requested the authentication services from caroldiva.com right after I received the bag. The buyer not only sent me the bag, but also sent in an authentic Louis Vuitton dust bag which I stated I don’t have it. Why? Because he knew it was an authentic item from the beginning, and his wife most likely did not like the bag. He just took advantage of me in order to get his shipping charge back.
I received the official authentication letter from Caroldiva.com that proves the bag I sold on eBay is 100% authentic Louis Vuitton Keepall 55. I sent it to Paypal to have them review my case again.
No answer for any decision changes.
I listed one authentic item and shipped it, and because of the buyer’s false statement and PayPal’s lack of attention to the matter I lost my eBay final fees (about to $77), shipping and insurance (around $48) and the authentication letter ($60).
I filed an appeal last night and am waiting for the answer.
Would you please advise what I should do next?

You have already done all you can do by filing an appeal. Now just wait and see what happens. The fraud online these days, particularly with paypal have reached epic proportions. I had to stop selling on ebay completely. I found a company that offers web hosting and merchant services; I opened a website and accept credit cards right online.
