Paypal is harassing me for account I don’t have

Hi! I started to get call’s from indian paypal collectors saying my paypal account was in the negative 1,500$ I don’t have a paypal account!! I tried to call and see what the hell was going on and because I couldn’t verify the “paypal acct” info they wouldn’t help me!! So now I have this magical account that someone must have stolen my idenity, so I put a security program on my social security #. But these paypal weirdo’s keep calling me like four times a day
