PayPal Is A Crooked Operation
My money is being HELD by Paypal/clickbank. I bought a satellite download for $49.95, but in so doing I clicked the wrong keys and made three purchases instead of one. After weeks of arguing with both PP and Clkbank, one refund of $49.95 was ret’d to PP; NOT to my bank, by the way.
Now they have $100 of my money which was accidently sent and I have nothing to show for it. PP’s rude phone reps are trained well to frustrate and confuse the public. Is there a legal recourse? My God, this is the extreme of fraud!
