PayPal not interested in items stolen during shipping
I bought 9 pcs of sycees total amount of $4600USD, and the full payment via PayPal.
Case ID: PP-001-281-891-015
On 19 April 2011, I received a parcel sent from the USPS.
Tracking no: CQ013387019US.
Upon receipt, I made a check on the items inside the box and discovered all the small boxes placed into the parcel were opened up and the items were missing!
On the same day, I email to the Ebay seller ID: upscale_resale_39503
regarding this issue. No reply from this seller until today.
Therefore, I’ve filed a police report on this matter.
