PayPal ignored my return policy
Well, this is just one of the many nightmares. I own my own online store and I have certain terms and conditions people will follow or they will not be permitted to purchase from me, period. My main rule is after I print your shipping label you are subject to my terms for a refund not paypals, you will pay me for your shipping label/cost and you will be charged a 25% re-stock fee which usually stops anyone from wanting a refund and chases scammers away at the same time. Paypal ignored my terms and conditions and I had to eat over $28 in shipping charges to the U.K. and I never got the chance to charge for my restocking fee, so needless to say paypal runs my store not me, but no more I am taking back control and screw paypal.

If you use paypal for taking payments for your online business you might as well give them the owner title as well. They will tell you how to run your business every step of the way and constantly interfere making it impossible to run your business. Any of your polices will be over ruled by paypal so forget things like “No returns or refunds”
I hate paypal and will never use them again. I had some jerk customer file a dispute for a premium sound system. In the end the walked away with $2,400 dollars worth of equipment plus the $3,000 I sold it to him for. I shipped the item to the guys business which turned out to be a place he never frequents. I called up paypal to get this dudes address and personal information but they said it was against their policy to disclose buyer’s whereabouts. They don’t give a crap about your refund terms or anything about how you choose to run your business. It’s their world, your just selling in it.
