PayPal Representative Hung Up On Me
PayPal froze my account which is connected to my business credit card, and it is unclear to me why they actually did this. In order to unfreeze it, PayPal charged $1.95 to my credit card and included a code that would show up on my credit card statement. Once I received the statement I was supposed to enter the code in my PayPal account. When I got the statement and entered the code, it unfroze.
However, instead of crediting my credit card account, they credited my PayPal account. I called to say I needed my credit card credited the $1.95 because it was a business credit card, and the statements have to reconcile. When the PayPal person said they could not do this, I asked to speak to a supervisor. When I did this, they hung up on me. When I re-dialed, I could no longer connect to a live person because the phone system kept hanging up on me.
