Paypal holding my money
Paypal and ebay have decided to hold my money for their protection of buyers. How is this fair to a seller? How are you suppose to ship the item if you have no money? Im not a business i can not wait 21 days for a payment. They get paid to handle my money and end up holding it how is that fair?
