PayPal gave my husbands watch away
I recently sold an expensive watch to a gentalmen in the UK. 3 1/2 weeks later he demanded $230.00, saying that there was a scratch on the watch. I contacted ebay, who told me not to worry because it was buyers remorse.
6 weeks after the sale he opend a case with PayPal, saying it was fake. I had taken it to 3 jewelry stores and all confirmed that it was authentic, but the buyer said he had taken it to his jewelry store for the estimate on the scratch.
Anyway, 3 days later they ruled in his favor. However, I will not recieve my watch back because he said it was destroyed! How did this happen? They gave him my husbands watch for free and we have nothing!
All i get is the runaround from PayPal, when I email them they act like they don’t know what my emails are about! Beware, this could happen to you.
