Transfer Time From PayPal To Bank Account Is A Joke
In this day and age, it is an absolute joke that it takes 3 to 4 days just to move money from my PayPal account into my bank account. Anybody else that I deal with, from my insurance company, brokerage house, or retirement account can do this in less than 24 hours.
PayPal is obviously “playing the float”. They would do a lot more business if they had reasonable policies. And when I called PayPal’s customer service, the representative read me a script about the time that it takes to move the funds through the Federal Reserve! Really?!

I note that the transfer time in Canada went from 2-3 biz days to 5-7. Ridiculous. A 40 buck transfer fee deducted from my incoming of a grand. Ridiculous. one word: E-INTERAC. Try it people. Money into your bank acct within the hour. 1.50 fee for the sending party. At least there is hope. M
The reason why is because any time you transfer money into your bank or withdrawal it, a PayPal executive has to review it before it goes into your bank to prevent fraud. It usually doesn’t take more than 48 hours.. A lot of times they will reverse the transaction back into your paypal account.
