Paypal froze my account and I am not getting my money

I have had money frozen in one of my PayPal accounts since October 2011 because I dared to attempt to change the name on the account to accord with that on the US checking account from which I had drawn the money. I have sent proof of my name by FAX and email to PayPal, but to no avail. I have telephoned PayPal a half a dozen times, but to no avail. Since my money has not been released after 45 days following its being frozen, it seems I have to wait until 6 months elapse before I can get my money back. How infuriating! I will never use PayPal again!! Help!!
