Paypal facilitates Chinese counterfeit criminals to sell fake gods mande in China

I joined Paypal in October and gave a special e-mail address I had given only to The White House. I started recieving many offers of brand goods as discounted prices. I had ordered thro Paypal as the sellers all had Paypal approved accounts to recieve monies. As Paypal fasely advertises that as the safestr way to pay and get paid , 15 purchases were made by me through Paypal and I was cheated by all as though the Website was an American one but all my ordered goods supposed to be authentic and with packing and labels were all fake brand goods made in China. I had made resolutions and claims for refund and all my claims were adjudged in the favour of the couhrterfeit sellers by deception and manupilative decisions favouring the Chinese counterfeiters.
This month in my credit card I found an unauthorized debit made by Paypal for Japanese Yen 3357 and my demand went unanswered and they simply denied though it was clearly reflected in my Mastercard statement for December.,
Paypal cheats with impunity and facilitate Chinese criminal counterfeit sales to USA and thre world and Paypal recieves commission and thus accessory after the fact in violation of Lenham act Viz Title 18 US Code 232o among others that carries 5 -10m$ fine and 5-10 years of incarceration.
