PayPal Does Not Appreciate Their Customers
I received my monthly bill from PayPal and it had a late charge of $30.00 and also interest charges for a late fee for not paying a $21.00 bill. I have had a PayPal account for years and have never been late. I finally came to realize that I had never received the bill in the first place, and when I called PayPal I was told I had to pay the fee anyway.
I was so upset that I canceled my PayPal account as well as my ebay account, even after being a customer for years. I did so only after they said they would not take the charges off of my account. I paid the late fee and lost close to a hundred bucks I had built up on award credits. I am going to find every complaint area like this I can find and let folks know that PayPal and ebay do not appreciate your business at all.
