Paypal Customer Service Leaves Bad Taste
I had a transaction which had some sort of glitch between ebay and paypal and now I have the seller opening a case against me. I paid for the item as soon as the auction ended, within minutes! I noticed a few days later the item was marked as unpaid so I sent Paypal an email.
Now today the seller opened a case against me for nonpayment which is not the case. I called Paypal and spent 2 hours on the phone with Four different Morons who keep telling me this is my problem which it is their problem and they should be resolving the issue since I had paid through them.
I finally asked to speak to JOSIE’S supervisor and he was as big a Moron as she was. Don’t expect to receive any resolution by contacting their POOR customer service when you have an issue. They aren’t responsible for their own mistakes, you are!!
