9 Year PayPal Customer Gets “Demoted”
I opened my first PayPal account 9 years ago under my spouses name, and have maintained 100% positive feedback with no issues or complaints with the account.
I opened another PayPal account recently under my name, using the same bank account information used for the first account. However, PayPal refuses to take the old account into consideration in order to prove my good standing.
When I contacted PayPal customer service, I was told by the representative “The written hardware will not allow to check past history“.
Really? Then rewrite the hardware! PayPal takes 3 to 4% of my payments and that includes my shipping fees, and this is how they treat me as a customer. All cases are not the same, and it is outrageous that I will now have to wait 15 to 21 days for my own money to be realeased to me after a 9 year perfect record.
This is my paycheck, PayPal.
