paypal creates neg account balance and stops refund
A seller notifies ebay of delayed delivery and paypal instantly creates debit balance in my paypal account. The buyer doesn’t notify ebay/paypal of the item’s delivery on the day after his complaint and other transactions cannot be made from my account. The negative balance stays even though I notify paypal of the delivery and seller leaves positive feedback two days later.
This is theft in my book, to create a negative balance without notice to the seller or an investigation of the event. My relationship with paypal has been instantly terminated through cancellation of current debit / credit card and thus I will no longer eBay after years of all-positive feedback. These people can’t be trusted to behave in an ethically acceptable way.
I feel sorry for those who are waiting for a refund from ebay for an item I have not sent because the funds have been blocked for payment or for the refund from paypal. I hope the buyers affected put those diseased, greedy, devious paypal robots under pressure. If robots respond to pressure. They will have to be destroyed, I’d say, to achieve anything worth-while.
