PayPal could not care less about their customers.

PayPal, out of the blue, said that they had linked my account to another account that had money owing on it. I had no idea what they were talking about. They shut my account down for this with no way of readdress. I could not even appeal against their decision, they said. And so after over 6 years of having a PayPal account with no problems and an ebay account for the same number of years with a 100% positive feedback, I now can no longer use either of these accounts. PayPal could not care less about their customers.
