PayPal Complaint!

All I wanted them to do is change my name on my account. I sent them pages of documents 3 times, every time they have a problem reading them. I don’t see the problem they are fine on my end. I have denied 3 times now, in there review of the account. I have never even used the account until now. The way things are going, I never will. They say I can never have an account with PAY PAL now, if I am denied again. they don’t even care, their attitude SUCKS!!!!!
