Paypal Closed My account and is holding my money

Paypal is closing my account with no reason and ebay have suspended my ebay store with no reason. I have 100% feedback with over 1300 people leaving feedback. Only ever had two disputes open over the last few year and I resolved them very quickly and the buyers closed the cases. So I am at a lost to no why they have closed my accounts. Paypal are holding £1800 of my money for the next 180 days. Down with paypal!
