Paypal claims buyer filed chargeback

Sold an item on Craig’s list on Aug 2011. Buyer filed a chargeback in Oct 2011. Buyer says they did not file it and I have emails stating she loves the merchandise and is happy. We both have been calling paypal. She had the dispute cancelled, Paypal charged her on 10/31/2011 and I’m still out my money. They are threatening collections on me and telling me she has to pay again when she did months ago. Phone calls got my chargeback fee removed but that’s all they would do.
