PayPal Buyer Protection
I Bought an item and used PayPal to make the payment. I used PayPal because they always make a big deal about their “Buyer Protection”. As it turns out, the item I received was a fake. It did not matter what I said or did (I even scanned the product box to show the spelling mistakes) they were ‘unable to rule in my favour’.
The Internet is full of compalints about the seller. One buyer was ripped off for $55000 Aus. The seller also misled UK customs & Excise by giving a low value for the product, and lied about the package contents. PayPal knows this, so clearly PayPal is supporting fraud of the general public and UK Customs & Excise.
They will not release to me what proof the seller provided. From what I have found online, once you open a dispute they log all email communications from myself, the seller and themselves. They emailed the seller on Oct 4th and the seller has not responded. So, what proof was it that convinced them? Appathy I think. I dont beleive they have ‘dispute agents’ at all. If they do, they are too dumb to see the evidence.
I will now be mistreated by yet another faceless moron from PayPal. This time when they ignore me (as they notorious for doing) I will take them to court.

I want to make complaint regarding this

And now he does not respond to messages

And now I have more than 70 days i have not received anything from my purchases
