PayPal and eBay Ruined Us

We had a person screw us over, their account was suspended. We called ebay and paypal, neither one would give us our money back, we get our package back then once it was confermed we finally got our money back. Then the guy goes makes up a new account and claims never got it! Needless to say paypal took the money back out of our account and ebay did nothing. So we ended up in the hole. We just dissed it and put more items on ebay, about 4 items later they did it again and froze our account to where we are limited! Had 100% good feedback!
