Paypal and Ebay make it very difficult to use them

Have recently changed address and name due to marriage. Can no longer use my credit card to make online purchases as my card is now associated with my original account. Paypal site has no address, phone number or email address to try and resolve the problems. I have spent literally 2 hours over the past 2 days to try and resolve and even tried to close my account with no success. Ebay will not allow me to check out any other way since I once had a pay pal account. Had to get someone else to order the item I needed from e-bay.
