Paypal accused us of fraud
In November 2010 I paid for an eBay item (that family member had won using their eBay account). PayPal accused us of fraud; after all steps in resolution centre were completed on both sides limitation wasn’t lifted and new accounts were created – by both of us. Now both have been limited and after numerous phone calls they basically said they do not want to do business with us.
