PayPal Account- Unauthorized Access

On December 8th and 9th of 2010, someone accessed my PayPal account without my authorization and changed all of my login and password info.  They also changed other detailed account information, including the email address for the account. They apparently did so in order to make purchases on eBay using my PayPal account.

I thought that PayPal’s website was safe, but it quite obviously is not if someone can go into your account, change the email address and the password with no problems what so ever. I would not consider this to be safe at all.
