Limited PayPal Account

After 5 years of using PayPal for my Ebay auctions, PayPal limited my account. I have 100% positive feedback on Ebay, and the limited PayPal account came out of the blue.

PayPal was requesting all kinds of personal info, but no matter what I sent to them they kept the account limited to where I could not get my money out. I wanted to cancel my PayPal account. However, I was told that it would be 6 months before I could close it because they were keeping my account limited for a 6 month period of time.

If you don’t think this is happening – then you are wrong. Why else would there have been class action suits from Attorney Generals in different states & PayPal paying settlements?
