Paypal account limited for 180 days

I don’t know why paypal limited my account for 180 days. Before the 180 days limitation i was given an email that paypal suspended my account for login with multiple IP’s at the same time, but I didn’t do that. They asked my to solve the problem by visiting resolution center. They gave me step-by-step to solve this matter, the first thing they were asking me to change my PP password and sent a documents including ID card, credit card statement. So I decided to do so. But after 2 – 3 hours after i sent the document they request, my paypal account limited 180 days. I dont know why, they are not giving me any reason for this. I’m really frustrated
