Paypal account limited because of Federal Terrorist Act
I had been selling on ebay for approx. 1-1/2 to 2 years and using Paypal for all of my ebay sales and purchases. I was also using Paypal for the majority of all my other online purchases. One day out of the clear blue sky my Paypal account was limited because they said I had reached my lifetime limit of transactions, using Paypal to transfer money. It seems that I had made $20,500.00 worth of transactions and they were putting a stop to it until I provided them with certain personal information about myself. They said that it was due to a Federal Terrorist Act of some kind. To me it was a matter of principle. I refuse to give Paypal ANY personal information about myself. I’m an American and refuse to be bullied by them. They also tried to link me to my deceased fathers old Paypal account, saying that I owed them money on that account. I have not used my Paypal account for around 14 months now and am still getting email from them demanding my personal information … social security number, bank account, etc. (Paypal really does suck)

Federal Terrorist Act where did they come up with that?? How bout shutting down PayPal for terrorizing their users. I say lets limit Paypals access to their money and see how they like it.
The same thing happened to me and it’s really sad to hear this is happening to almost everyone
