Paypal account limited and no reason given

I have had my eBay account closed and also my paypal account closed. Basically i deposited around $200 in to my account so i could go on some betting sites. I have won $1800 for which is now in my paypal account. They have closed my account and told me i cant have the money for atleast 90 days. They will not give me a reason. I have explained that there can be no chargebacks as no goods have been purchased and have won this money.
