PayPal Account Frozen

After 3 years selling on Ebay and using PayPal, my funds were suddenly frozen. PayPal demanded proof of my identity, but no matter what I sent to them they always had an excuse to keep my account frozen. They would say that they did not receive the documents I emailed or the fax that I sent.

They dont exactly tell you why your funds are frozen, I would have to get a court order before they will release the information. But they wanted me to send a copy of all of my personal information, including my drivers license, social security card, bank statement, etc. Nothing was good enough.

So I quit trying to call them as I read they are trained to just upset you hoping you will quit calling. Worst company I have ever heard of. They completely ruined my ebay business. They have frozen my account, but of course I can still receive payments- just cannot get my money out of the PayPal account!
