Paypal account closed after 13 years : no reason invoked

I am belgian. I opened a PAypal account in 1999 ( 13 years ago). In the years 2000-2005 I lived in Spain and started to be an internet seller . I upgraded my PPal account to ” Professional”. In 2005 I moved to South East Asia for family reasons ( got married here….) and I moved my business to Hong Kong where I funded a new company. I am still selling multimedia stuff on my own website and till now, I used Paypal everyday without any complaints from customers ( I try to get a high level of satisfaction in my customers).
Suddenly on May 04, a buyer noticed me that payment with PPAL was not longer possible on my website. On may 06, I received 3 emails:
- From PPAL USA : telling that my account was definitely blocked since ” I had several PPAL accounts” and ” One of them was engaged in activities not allowed by their policy”. My remaining funds ( about 2000$) will remain frozen for six months and so on….
I have one and only one PPAL account, the same account for 13 years….And I sell car audio stuff….nothing special or “against” any policy.
- From PPAL SPAIN : another email ” It appears from our review that you have more than one account,
one of which has engaged in activity that violates our User Agreement. ” For them, my funds will remain blocked for 45 days…
- From PPAL Belgium : ” Your account has been blocked since….you ARE SELLING COUNTERFEIT ITEMS!!!!!!!!! We will froze your funds for 30 days, then we will “evaluate” the situation each 30 days”…
Well I repeat if needed : I had ONE Paypal account, I never got complaints from customers, the money flow on my paypal account ls 10 to 20.000 bucks/month for years, I don’t sell ” counterfeit items”, and I don’t understand what happens…Or…yes, maybe I know….I moved from a country to another country, I changed my company, and maybe the main reason : I did not register a new credit card with Paypal’s Mafia….

The result is that I loss about 50% of my sales, I get funds frozen for nobody knows how long, and implementing Moneybookers professional will trake one month ( so many paperwork and controls by snailmail)

My only advice : if you are a seller, avoid PAYPAL ( and its devilish sister EBAY) BY ALL MEANS!!!!
It is a matter of surviving!!!
