I lost my password and have not received an email with the link to set a new one. Paypal reps are insisting that I’m not getting the email because the site is blocked by IT on my end (it’s not–I asked) and refuse to help me. I now have no way to access my account.
The ONLY “help” I received from the phone rep. was that I should log in and out of my email and refresh my browser multiple times.. and then she sounded dumbfounded and gave up when that approach didn’t work.
