Paypal is holding my money because buyer is trying to rip me off

Early December 2011, I sold a rather expensive item to a buyer on ebay. The buyer paid for the item, and I shipped it as instructed. Six weeks later, the buyer says they never authorized the charge. Now there is a hold on my account. I would love to know how to set up another account so that I can continue my ebay business. I am the victim in this case and am being treated like a common criminal.

Paypal Horror

Recently, I had a family member send me money to my PayPal account. It has been a horror story from the get go the latest is that they will mail me a check to my NEW local address but they forced me to change my credit card address TO BE SAME. But that wasn’t enough for PayPal because my PayPal address DOES NOT REFLECT MY BANK’S ADDRESS FOR ME 24 HOURS LATER. I am not sure just when I am getting the fucking money.

Holding Money

If anyone had information on how to file a lawsuit against PayPal for enforcing what has to be illegal business practices in holding your money which I am sure the are collecting interest in, please post information here, until people boycott PayPal and eBay they will continue to abuse the consumer.

I am at crisis point now!

I am a trusted seller on ebay and have ever had any complaints from anyone. Suddenly paypal decided to freeze my account and hold my funds for 21 days, fair enough i thought.. BUT this was months ago and it has continued! Paypal are STILL holding my money and have been for months!!
It’s started to cause me a lot of problems as I am longer to do direct payments when I buy anything online, and I am having to pay people with echeques.. if i can!
Is there any way I can stop paypal from holding my funds?! I havent been able to get in contact with them and I need my money.

Locked out from Paypal

Attempts to log in to Paypal account result in ‘Security Message’ screen. Credit Card number wanted; but the partial detail offered is that of a very old account long since closed. Cannot manage cards – can’t pass that message. Automated on-line help just doesn’t understand; cannot email (can’t pass that security message); wildly expensive premium rate number is not answered. They owe me money (returned goods refunded) and have prevented any further business with ebay sellers. EBay sympathise but cannot help.
